In 2007, SOFIC celebrates its 40th anniversary

Since 1967, SOFIC has kept on innovating to offer you the best of equipment for dental anaesthetic injections.
At the beginning, non-mechanized - production, was little intensive, but the main goal was to offer the best quality to customers.
Throughout the years, the manufacturing process has become more and more automated, what led to intensive production, improved productivity and optimum quality.

From a basic product such as dental needles, we developed a full range in order not only to facilitate and secure practitioner work, but also to improve patient comfort.
In the early 90’s, our Research and Development Dept. created the XL needle. XL by SOFIC needles have the same external dimensions as standard needles, but have a larger internal diameter for easier and painless injection.
SOFIC also engineered an advanced product aimed at increasing practitioner safety during injection, by preventing the risk of needle-stick injury. SOFICONCEPT, even more effective, is the future of SOFIC and dental Practice.
